- “Newlands Farm Bed and Breakfast always provides a warm welcome and cosy rooms, if you are lucky the owl chorus will send you to sleep. The breakfasts are excellent and it isn’t too far from Odiham and the M3.”

- “Characterful and homely, Newlands Farm Bed and Breakfast gives me space for well-earned rest and recuperation, and makes commuting easy for me: close to work yet remote enough to get-away afterwards.”
C. Donkin, Somerset
- “I have been staying at Newlands Farm Bed and Breakfast, five days a week, for more than six years. The farm is located in beautiful countryside and the original farm house is a fine old timber framed structure. The accommodation is of an excellent standard. There are sitting and dining rooms available and a well equipped kitchen where guests may prepare their own meals. Mary Saunders could not be a better or more welcoming host.”
M. Thompson, N. Yorkshire
- “Lovely rural setting. 15 minutes drive from Hook and the M3. Well furnished detached purpose built long house with a kitchen and sitting room purely for guests. Breakfast is in the main farm house kitchen. Most of the regulars turn up at 7. Showers are good with excellent hot water. The farm has good circular walks for getting out on a summers eve and the nearest pub is a 20 minute walk along footpaths without crossing a road. RAF Odiham is nearby, but they seldom fly late enough to disturb.”
